Store your Fansē Hair products in a cool, dry place to keep them in the best condition.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, which will include tracking information.
Please allow 5–7 business days from the time your order ships for delivery.
We currently only ship within the US, but international shipping is on the horizon — stay tuned!
Unfortunately we are unable to modify or cancel orders at this time. If you'd like to return your order once it arrives, please see our return policy above.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $80. Orders under $80 will have a shipping fee applied at checkout.
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
To start a return, email us at hello@fansehair.com within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not covered by Fanse Hair.
Yes - items must be returned in like-new condition to be eligible for a refund. Products that show signs of use or damage may not be accepted.
